Seasoned QA Test Manager with over 14 years of extensive experience in both manual and automation testing. Known for an innovative mindset, I have successfully initiated and guided novel teams focused on emerging technologies such as machine learning and chatbots. My proven leadership is reflected in managing diverse teams including Automation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Chatbot teams, with a track record of overseeing up to 60 testing team members.
With deep expertise in automation, I have effectively utilized tools like RFT, Selenium, AutoIT, and Python to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
